So you can easily wash your hands or bathe in water with your natural bracelet and let it dry in the sun.

In order to give it a more protection, you can also pass yourself a few drops of vegetable oil (coconut or olive) in small quantities and spread it with your fingers over the natural braiding, this will allow you to obtain a woody and darker effect.

Braid detached or damaged after an incident? Don’t worry! After sale service is guaranteed at your purchase to allow you to continue wearing your bracelet and preserve its identity.
You can also if you wish, just change the natural braiding of your bracelet after long use for a new one. For any request for a change of braiding, please contact us directly with the pattern «natural braiding change» as object. Once your bracelet is received in our workshop, we will do our utmost to restore its shine and novelty.
Namely: normal wear and age (for example, scratches or color alteration are not guaranteed as are damage to the product resulting from inappropriate or abusive use, carelessness, negligence, accidents (blows, dents, crushes, etc.).
Condition of return due to a defect size, color or product
Did you order the wrong size, color or do you just want to return your product to us? Please return the product (unused, in its original box) to us within 14 days of delivery in order to obtain a new product in exchange or a full refund. In order to return the product, please contact us directly for instructions.
Unless exception, the shipping costs in order to return the product to us are at your expense.

Don’t forget that jewelry is precious! We recommend a few simple actions that will allow you to better preserve them while paying special attention.
To maintain your jewelry, always clean it with a microfiber cloth to avoid scratches. In general it is not recommended to bathe with jewelry (shower, bath, pool, sea bath…).
Pay attention to protect your jewelry from shocks and scratches, remove them for housework or gardening. To store them, keep your jewelry, separately, in their original pouch.
